Showing after the feature film Becoming Bulletproof

THE HOMECOMING is the first feature length film where every aspect of the process, from writing to shooting to talent, is done with disabled and non-disabled talent together. All too often, disability is seen as something that needs to be overcome or worse, patronized. THE HOMECOMING is a movie that is fantastic because of disability, not in spite of it. This excerpt from the upcoming film will give you a sneak peek into this wonderfully entertaining and important film.

Directed by Michael Randa and Lauren Smitelli

Kickstarter: The Homecoming

We want to make a movie that can change the world. We want to make a movie that is the first of it's kind. It's going to be radical, funky and inspirational - for all the right reasons. Oh, and we are going to do it singing and dancing.

Local Non-Profit: Angel Reach

Angel Reach is a faith-based nonprofit organization that works with young adults ages 18-24 who have aged out of the foster care system and/or who are homeless. Many of these youth feel lost and alone. They are now on their own and have no place to live. They need our support to help them find their way to becoming emotionally stable and financially independent. Angel Reach is also a ministry that supports families who care for children removed from their homes by Children’s Protective Services (CPS).
