Jane Minarovic

Chairman, Festival Founder and Director is an ADDY and TELLY award-winning director of commercials and music videos, and has worked with legends like Waylon Jennings and Billy Joe Shaver. Jane loves attending film festivals and finding that perfect story that inspires her and changes the way she thinks about things. Her desire to share that experience with her community drove her to pursue the idea for the Inspire Film Festival. With the successful festival years one and two under her belt, Minarovic is even more determined to bring some of the world’s best films, filmmakers and special guests to The Woodlands and create an event that will continue to inspire for years to come.

Becky Bayless

Rebecca L. Bayless serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer of Indigo Natural Resources LLC. Ms. Bayless has over 20 years of experience in oil and gas accounting and finance. Prior to joining Indigo in February 2007, Ms. Bayless was the Controller for Energy Resource Technology, a subsidiary of Helix Energy Solutions. From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Bayless helped to form Prize Energy Company as its Controller. Ms. Bayless began her career in oil and gas with Merit Energy Company. Ms. Bayless holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. Ms. Bayless is a Trustee on the Board of the John Cooper School in The Woodlands, TX and a member of the finance committee. In addition to this, Ms. Bayless also participates as a member of the Finance Committee for The Carlton Woods Country Club located in The Woodlands, TX.

Joe DeMonico

Joe DeMonico is a producer and director in film and music video. He graduated from UCLA with an MFA in theater and spent nearly 20 years in Los Angeles working in film and television. Most recently, he served as the Performing Arts Chair at The John Cooper School in the Woodlands and he’s currently producing a feature film called Evelyn Rising.

Mike Huffine is the co-owner of Silver Rock Productions, the leading video production studio in The Woodlands, TX. Mike founded Silver Rock in Orlando in 1993 with Brian Falcon and relocated to The Woodlands in early 1994, where they quickly established Silver Rock as the leader in digital broadcast video, DVD, CD, webcasting and graphic design services.

Debbie Packer

Debbie Packer, a native New Yorker, has been resident of The Woodlands since 1989 (with a brief 6 yr. move to Denver, Colorado.) Debbie holds a BA in Elementary education from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri and a Masters degree in special and general elementary education from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. She is the co-founder and co-director of the Early Learning Program preschool at The Woodlands Community Presbyterian Church (1990) where she recently returned to the role of board member and moderator. She is the cofounder the Fresh Start program with Compassion United Ministries in Conroe where she serves on the advisory committee for the Fresh Start Program, an empowerment program for those in transition from homelessness to restored lives. She is the past gala chairperson for Panther Creek Inspiration Ranch and is an active volunteer and supporter of the program.

Rob Renfroe

Rob Renfroe is the pastor of spiritual growth at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, a congregation of over 12,000 members. For fifteen year he has led a men’s group of 600 men, which has built more than 40 homes in the slums of Latin America. Rob is the author of two books; The Trouble with the Truth and A Way Through the Wilderness.
